1. Company Introduction

Songyuan Bei Xian Grain and Oil Trade Development Co.ltd(Bei Xian Corporation hereinafter) was founded in 1994.The Corporation is located at Xibo Village of Jilatu Town, where Qianguo Irrigation District one of the four most well-known irrigation districts in Northeast China, is situated as a rice-growing district of great renown in China and a national green rice production base. Our company is the agricultural industrialization "Provincial leading enterprise", it is the only city to Deep-processing enterprises of agricultural and sideline native products. With 10,000,000RMB in registered capital and 110,000,000RMB in total assets, Bei Xian Corporation has been entitled to be “Leading Corporation on Agriculture Industrialization of Jilin Province”  Now the Corporation owns 15,000m2 factory and 2250 acreages farm as well as 2000m2 modernized standard workshops, 1,800 m2 storage room for finished products and another 2,200 m2 depot for raw materials. With the highly processing line which reaches the advanced international standard composed of 30 sets of equipments such as the computer color sorter, the computer quantitative packing machine, the vacuum packing machine and the automatic 40,000 tons rice and 8,000 tons top fine cereals. 
The Corporation has now established a technical team made up of 2 senior agronomists,12 food technicians, 3 senior engineers, and 3 laboratory technicians,which reflect the Corporation’s belief in ”Scientific and Technological Innovation on Basis of  People ” Since 2006, a made-to-order farming model featured by “Company plus Cooperative plus Base”, has been adopted for the Green Food and Organic Food Production Bases of the Corporation. Now the Corporation has established growing bases in Qianguo Town, Jilatu Town and four villages including Liangwo, Xibotun, Diwobo and Qijiazi up to now. In 2010,   the Planting base area  is 20,800 acres ,the Corporation made orders to 1,480 farmers based on the conditions that the Corporation is not only responsible for the provision of uniform fertilizers, technical instructions and farming management but the purchase, processing and sale of the agricultural products. The approach therefore paves the way for the green and organic food to enter into the end market.
2. Product series
Now the Corporation is able to manufacture 208 types of organic food in 7 series, including the Akita Komachi Organic Rice series, the Organic Nutritious Jasmine Rice series, the Organic Grains Cereals series, the Bei Xian Cereal Paste and Nutritious Meal to Be Processed by Soy Milk Grinders, the Organic 8-treasure Cereals series, the Green Grains Cereals series and the Grains Cereals Powder series.

3. Marketing network
The company’s products are mainly exported to 378 large supermarket chains in Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia , among of which 14for Hong Kong, 6 for Singapore, 108 agents for China. Company’s products have sold overseas, and has set up economic and trade exchanges with Singapore, Japan, South Korea and European countries ,and achieved excellent sales results. “Supplier of China cereals and oil " is developed by our company. It has more than 2,000 cereals and oil enterprises, it is the services platform for network information of the international cereals oil market

Index for “ Bei Xian Rice”, “Bei Xian Cereals” have all reached the international levels on food quality and passed the authentication of ISO 2200:2005 International Food Safety Control System and ISO9001:2000 International Quality Control System. The Corporation is the first in the industry to pass the various types of authentication such as “Organic Cereals ”,“Organic Rice” and “ Green Food” .Owing to the outstanding quality of the products, the Corporation was awarded certificates of “ Jilin Provincial Top Brand Agricultural Product” by Jilin  Provincial Government .Other awards include “Honest Manufacturer in Quality of Songyuan City”, “Jilin Provincial Creditable Enterprise” and “Jilin Provincial Certified Enterprise with Creditable Qualification”. ”National Grains Grower” in 2009 successively by the State Agriculture Ministry, “Top Private Enterprise” by Jilin federation of industry and commerce, Jilin Provincial Labor and Social Security Department and General Union in January 2010.
