| Green food refers to the safe, nutritious and pollution-free quality food produced by specific manufacturing methods according to the principle of sustainable development with the approval from certain institutions. In order to meet the requirements on green food, any chemical or synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, food additives or any other substances which may do harm to human body or ecological environment shall be forbidden or at least restricted to use in the process of production and processing. A quality control system shall also be established over the whole procedures 〝From Farm to Table〞 since green food features〝 Safety, Quality and Nutrition. 〞
Natural resources and ecological environment are basis conditions for food production.
